We’ve got about a week and a half left in July so I just wanted to share an update with you all. First of all, I want to say that I am really impressed with everyone’s participation, we’ve had over 150 entries this year so far! Currently, Team Sun is still in the lead, but Team Moon and Team Star have made massive comebacks in July and the scores are actually incredibly close!
July’s raffle winner will be contacted on August 1st so make sure to get your tickets in before next Thursday! Don’t worry if you’ve been busy this month, your previous entries will carry over.
For those who are hearing about this for the first time, it’s never too late to sign up! Just click here to register online, or stop by the reference desk the next time you’re in the library.
Thanks so much to everyone reading and attending programs this summer! Keep it up!
Hey Williamstown High School students, we’ve got all your required summer reading books conveniently located in one place! The requirements list is posted by the display in case you’re not sure what to read for your specific class. Have fun! ;D
The raffle tickets are starting to trickle in and Team Sun is pulling ahead! But Teen Summer Reading has only just started, and there’s still plenty of time left to get your tickets in and win some prizes.
June’s raffle basket features a gift card to A.C. Moore, some Asian snacks and treats, a sketchpad, and some comics!
The winner of the June raffle will be announced at the end of the month. We’ll have different baskets with different prizes each month so make sure you keep participating throughout the summer. If you haven’t signed up yet, you can stop by the reference desk or just click here to sign up online!
The summer reading program is a great way to enrich your summer, hang out with other teens, and of course win some awesome prizes! Everyone who participates is entered into our monthly raffle drawing and will have a chance to win gift cards, treats, a Kindle Fire, and much more. Reading books, attending programs, and visiting museums all count toward your summer reading participation. The more you participate, the better your chances are of winning a prize!
Everyone who participates this year will also be assigned to one of three teams who will compete for bragging rights, fame, and glory.
